1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using the RemBuddy CRM platform (a product of GenForge Studio), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use our software or API connections.
2. Account Registration & WhatsApp Integration
To utilize the conversational task assistant, you must link your WhatsApp business or group channel. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions from your clients and coordinators to share chat logs and process conversational metadata.
3. Fair Usage & API Limitations
RemBuddy CRM integrates directly with standard third-party APIs (Meta Cloud API, Google Calendar API). We are not responsible for service interruptions, API rate limits, or account suspensions imposed by Meta or Google due to non-compliant usage patterns or spam behaviors.
4. Billing & Refund Policy
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Standard subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests for unused portions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our billing team.
5. Limitation of Liability
RemBuddy CRM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall RemBuddy CRM, GenForge Studio, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed SLA notifications, lost payments, or data synchronization errors.
